Hi there! I’m Kelly,

your personal coach with a passion for inspiring happier and healthier women.

Do you see that picture in the heading above? It’s my favorite picture of myself. It’s not my favorite because I’ve achieved a perfect body - though I have certainly worked hard to achieve a body I’m proud of and comfortable in. But it’s not about that. I love that picture so much because it’s candid, sheer JOY.

This is what I want to share with women. Especially women entering the second phase of life (also known as perimenopause). It doesn’t have to be an awful transition! Taking care of your body, getting fit, losing weight, getting stronger, feeling more confident in your skin… FITNESS is your first step to a more JOYFUL LIFE.

We will work well together if…

My main passion and the goal for Kelly Bailey Fitness is to empower women to their best, happiest, healthiest selves by helping them rediscover a joyful relationship with food, movement, and their bodies.
